On Thursday, March 5, the Acadia School of Music's Concert & Lecture Series presents a performance by Jenny Melvin. Local multi-instrumentalist and pedagogue, Jenny Melvin, will offer us a look into the world of traditional Irish music. This performance will feature pieces dating from as early as 1200 to those of current composers. Come along to hear Jenny and guest musicians for an afternoon of music, story, song and dance! This recital will begin at 1:00pm in the FESTIVAL THEATRE. Concert & Lecture Series events are free and all are welcome to attend – please join us! |
